1. INTRODUCTION AND LEGAL BINDING
1.1 Agreement: Welcome to Scents Orbit ("we," "us," or "our"), accessible via www.scentsorbit.store. These policies constitute the entire agreement between Scents Orbit and the customer regarding orders, shipping, refunds, and privacy, superseding any prior communications or representations.
1.2 Scope: These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to cover any transaction or interaction with us, whether or not expressly stated herein, and constitute the full agreement between us and the customer. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the appropriate legal jurisdiction in Nigeria.
1.3 Disclaimer: God alone is perfect, and while Scents Orbit aims for accuracy in product listings, occasional errors may occur. We therefore cannot accept liability for inadvertent misrepresentations and such inaccuracies shall not be construed as a deliberate intention to mislead. Shoppers are encouraged to reach out for clarification when needed.
2. ORDERS
2.1 Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 2 business hours, processing times may vary during peak periods or promotional sales.
2.2 Payment: Scents Orbit's only accepted payment method is via bank transfer into our company account bearing our name. We do not authorize third-party payment channels and will incur no liability arising from the activities of impersonators or unauthorized payment links.
2.3 Shopper's duty: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. Scents Orbit will not be liable for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information or recipient unreachability.
2.4 Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stockout, and when payment has been made, a refund will be issued within 24hours only in such instances.
3. REFUNDS
3.1 Shipped Orders: Because perfumes are "consumables," high-value goods, and fragile liquids, we maintain a strict quality control standard. We do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of mind," change in scent preferences, or any other reason once an order has been dispatched (fulfilled).
3.2 Force Majeure: In cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to logistics or situations beyond our direct control, we will process a full refund, including delivery fees, within 5 working days in liaison with our shipping partners.
4. PRIVACY POLICY
4.1 Data Confidentiality: Any personal information collected during purchase is strictly confidential and used solely for order processing, customer support, and marketing communications with your consent.
